College Residences

Bath Academy has two self-catering residential houses: Bathurst House and Oxford House, both within walking distance of the college and the city centre. Students who take advantage of this accommodation are able to fully enjoy college life.

 

• Each house has a Warden who lives with the students to ensure that students' welfare needs are met.
• Bedrooms are well-furnished and centrally-heated.
• A room cleaning service is provided and bed linen and laundry are laundered each week.
• All houses are non-smoking.
• The houses are happy and secure places to live.

Bathurst House

Located close to the college and city centre. Bathurst House accommodates 16 students in single or shared rooms. Two rooms have en-suite facilities available at a supplement, on a first-served basis. Bathurst House has a small garden exclusively for the use of the students, with shrubs, flowers and a pleasant patio where students can relax.

Oxford House

Located very close to the college and city centre, Oxford House has 4 single rooms and 9 double rooms. Two en-suite rooms are available at a supplement and on a first-come first-served basis.
